COTTON BAY - SAL
Cotton Bay will be a marina and golf development in Sal. Infrastructure has gone into the R2 first phase and  the show villas and apartments will be constructed soon. Plans for the driving range are moving forwards  well.
 Planning permission for the marina has now been granted.
 Grass for the Cotton Bay golf course in Sal has been tested and the developers are growing the plants and trees to go on the course in their nursery.
